February 12, 2008 -  I am so excited to see the Springforth Wellness Expo off the ground.  It has been a dream of mine for several years.   My experience in life is that everything is about electrical frequency.  When I took physics in college I was able to comprehend everything in the class except the way to calculate frequency in an electrical system.  To me it was a mystery and my grade on the exam showed that.  Now, I see that from a spiritual view; everything is life is a vibrating frequency.  Within us is a spiritual layer that is vibrating at a frequency determined by what we have experienced in our lives.    All of the things that we do everyday move us into either a higher or lower frequency.  The news reports we pay attention to, music we listen to, the emotions we hold on to, the people we choose to spend time with and even the foods we eat can either lower or raise our frequency.    The higher our frequency the brighter our countenance is, the better our life is going. The more things we do to raise our frequency the happier we are.  We experience joy in the little things and the big things, of course.  We are a “light” to the people around us.  They feel the higher frequency and it feels good to them.  The lower our frequency the more our life seems like a mud hole that we are trying to trudge through.    A number of years ago it became my goal to live in the light, to be in a high frequency.  As I saw the impact it had on my life I wanted others to get to experience the same peace and joy.  I began to study and found many forms of healing.  Ways to increase our frequency by letting go of negative emotions that we carry around with us from the past.  I studied Reiki, Wings of Excellence Energy Healing, Calyco Healing and then Rapid Eye Technology.  As I practice these forms of healing and see what they can do to bring others to the light I get so excited.  I want the whole world to know about them.  Then I realized that I couldn’t do it alone.  I also know that what assisted one person in healing may not work for another.  I felt that if we had a network of healers we could all assist one another in healing the universe; one person at a time.    There is much to do to assist others in living in their light frequency.  The Springforth Wellness Expo is one step in that direction.  My vision is that as we all work together we will bring our entire community into a higher frequency, living life to the fullest, experiencing JOY on a daily basis.         With Love, Lorana    Thu, Feb 7, 2008 - Yeahh!!!!
